nipt said boy but it's a girl

Can't see what the other 1 is as it sadly died last week and it's lying in a way you can't see it's parts. Does anyone have pics of their 13 week ultrasound that shows a clear girl nub but got boy nipt results? It is curved upwards towards the bottom of the baby. We are in the exact same boat.
