She was born May 17, 1926 in Clark County, Pleasant Township, Ohio the daughter of the late Noel & Bernardine (Hennigan) Markley. He worked on the family farm and in later years became a journeyman electrician working on projects in Texas. Ralph E. Campbell, 85, of New Carlisle passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Norm and family, shopping, but her most favorite past time was spending time and visiting with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and many special friends.
